Optimum ATF Reinigingsapparaat
Voor het herstellen van operationele en vitale functies in automatische transmissie systemen, op een veilige en effectieve wijze, verhuren wij de ATF Optimum!
Een effectieve reiniging biedt een optimale prestatie aan de nieuwe ATF en zorgt voor een verbeterde service, onderhoud en waardebehoud van de automatische transmissie!
Efficiënt gebruik maken van ATF-vloeistoffen zorgt voor minder afval en minder vervuiling en tegelijkertijd een verbeterde inzet van schaarse grondstoffen: met Optimum draagt u bij aan een beter milieu!
Bij een conventionele verversing van ATF kunnen lang niet alle verontreinigingen verwijderd worden, omdat daarbij gemiddeld maar 60% van de inhoud ververst wordt.
ATF zelf is niet “longlife”; ATF beschermt de automaat zodat de automatische transmissie de levensduur van de auto mee kan gaan. De automatische versnellingsbak-olie dient daarom – afhankelijk van de aanbeveling van de fabrikant – iedere 60 tot 80.000 km vervangen te worden.
ATF-OPTIMUM is een machine voor het optimaal reinigen, verversen en conditioneren van automatische transmissie systemen.
De ATF-OPTIMUM service voorziet in een volledige vervanging van de transmissie vloeistof en een complete inwendige reiniging van het transmissie systeem in een paar eenvoudige stappen.
De ATF wordt tegelijkertijd volledig ververst in de aandrijving, de koppelomvormer en de warmtewisselaar. De resultaten van deze intensieve reiniging openbaren zich onmiddellijk: de transmissie is stiller, licht ratelen is verdwenen en de verschillende versnellingsovergangen zijn weer soepel.
Als de elektrische en mechanische problemen geen schade hebben veroorzaakt, creëert ATF-OPTIMUM in combinatie met Optimum RA (reiniger) en XA (conditioner) en de voorgeschreven ATF specificaties van fabrikanten een directe oplossing.
Storingen en oorzaken
De automatische transmissie is een systeem dat bij storingen het rijplezier negatief beïnvloed. Hieronder enkele storingen met mogelijke oorzaken.
Probleem/ storing en mogelijke oorzaken
Onregelmatige aandrijving: ATF -niveau is te laag of het filter is verstopt
Transmissie houdt in (ook bij kickdown): ATF -niveau is te laag of het filter is verstopt
ATF geur in de auto en onderzijde ruikt sterk: ATF is verbrand
Harde inslag van de versnelling wanneer men met de hand schakelt: ATF niveau te laag (of intern probleem (revisie)
Harde inslag van de versnelling: Intern mechanisch probleem (revisie)
Trilling of sterke slip in “R”: Vervuiling (of intern mechanisch probleem (revisie)
Niet opschakelen van 2e naar de 3e, 4e… enzovoort: Vervuiling (of stuureenheid onjuist (reset)
Langzaam schakelen in alle versnellingen (omhoog en omlaag): ATF-niveau te laag, vervuiling of filter is verstopt
Belangrijk: controleer altijd bij binnenkomst het ATF-niveau van het voertuig. Doe dit bij een ATF-temperatuur tussen de 30ºC - 50ºC met een draaiende motor.
